GWS _ Georgian Wines and Spirits Company
 In 1993 "Pernod Ricard Netherlands" was offered to investigate the possibilities for developing the export of Georgian Wines; Later the joint-venture company G.W.S was established.Today GWS is the JSC with charter capital of 4 150 KUSD; From December 2007 "Pernod Ricard Europe" is the owner of 100% of shares. The company owns 250 ha of planted vineyard red and white. 100 ha are prepared for future plantations. Our Winery is 17 million liters of storage capacity and 5 million liters bottling capacity.
GWS produces two brands of wine and one grape spirit.
TAMADA" _ premium higher quality and price range, aged wine, appellation controlled and varietal.
"OLD TBILISI" _ middle price, easy drinking, fruity, fresh, VDP and table wines.
"CHACHA" _ pure grape spirit, distilled by special technologies and aged in oak barrels.
"OLD TBILISI" Sparkling Wine _ sparkling wine produced from Tsitska grapes using the reservation methodology.
