The public meeting by the participation of the State Attorney-Governor and the civil society was held at the Centre for Civic Engagement of Telavi.
The meeting was aimed to encourage the dialogue between the Government and the civil society as well as to discuss the problems and issues significant for the region in the open and constructive mode.
At the meeting was discussed the questions like the self-Government arrangement, the decision-making process at the local level, the role of the civil society in the regional development issues, the functioning and liabilities of the gender committees determined by the Self-Government code.
The meeting was held by the initiative of the Centre for Civic Engagement of Telavi.
The head of the Regional Projects’ Coordination Service – Malkhaz Chrelashvili replied the questions asked by the citizens.
